Is this a Virus - BT Fon?

I recently moved house and got the new BT home hub. Everytime i now turn on my laptop a page saying 'Welcome to BT Fonspot' comes out and it won't let me access any other pages. Is this a virus?? Thanks for any advice you can offer x
