What gods would make good rulers,why are they your favorite and why they would make good rulers?

My favorite goddess Athena would make an excellent ruler of Olympus. She is smart and wise. She will know how to run it. She's also helpful and kind. We all know how she helped Hercules and Odysseus. For male, I don't think there should be one because usually to rule you have to be married for example Hera and Zeus. Athena, pledged to never marry or give birth thus making her like the only ruler. : )
